Title: Team Leader, Student Pathways (Admissions) – Brand, Partnerships, and Business Development

Position Type: Full-Time, Continuing

Salary: $92,970 to $104,094 per annum (HEO7 Level) plus 17% employer superannuation

About the Role:
The Team Leader, Student Pathways (Admissions) utilizes their expertise in the Student Pathways field to support staff and coordinate the functions of the domestic admissions team. They provide expert advice on admission, credit, and enrollment for both new and continuing students, ensuring targets are met. The Team Leader plays a key role in improving student pathways processes, participates in projects, assists with policy and procedure development, delivers training, and ensures high-level administrative services and support.

About You:
To thrive in this role, the Team Leader must lead a team to achieve objectives using complex corporate systems and resources. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the University’s course offerings, entry pathways, and admissions processes. Superior analytical and administrative support, budget management, and collaboration skills are essential. The Team Leader will work with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies, monitor programs, and implement initiatives.

About Student Pathways:
The Student Pathways team at UNE is responsible for prospective student relationship management, domestic admissions and credit applications, student recruitment, and conversion activities.
