Salary: UOM 7 – $102,338 – $110,780 p.a. plus 17% super
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with academic staff to ensure a fair and transparent applicant selection process
– Provide policy advice on selection matters
– Execute efficient application selection processes
– Develop and monitor Divisional Student Acquisition plans
– Motivate, coach, and supervise staff
– Liaise with academic staff to facilitate applicant selection process
– Provide policy and procedural advice to Division leadership and staff
– Maximize conversion of top-quality applicants to admitted students
Requirements:
– Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience and education/training
– Minimum of 1-2 years of direct staff management experience
– Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in admissions within a tertiary education context
– Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
– Valid Working with Children Check
– Valid work rights for Australia
