Student Support/Marketing Officer- Pakistan Market Job in North Sydney, Sydney NSW – SEEK

Crown Institute of Higher Education (CIHE) is a private institution of higher education located in North Sydney, Sydney CBD, and Canberra. We are currently in search of a Student Support/Marketing Officer for the Pakistan market to join our growing team.

Role and Responsibilities:
– Provide marketing advice and assistance to senior management, specifically for the Pakistan market.
– Identify and create opportunities to enhance the brand and reputation of CIHE.
– Collaborate with onshore and offshore education agents involved in the Philippines market.
– Work alongside the student support manager to provide comprehensive orientation and guidance to students, ensuring they are aware of available support services.
– Refer students to suitable academic staff or external services for academic and personal support as necessary.
– Inform students about the CIHE grievance procedure and assist them in resolving any issues.
– Offer in-person and online advice to students at the front desk.
– Understand the significance of inclusion, equality, and diversity.
– Educate students on self-care and safety practices.
– Contribute to the planning and provision of support to students with disabilities or additional needs.

Selection Criteria:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Knowledge and experience in supporting international students, preferably within a higher education environment.
– Professional marketing experience, preferably in the international higher education sector.
– Understanding of students’ needs.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory frameworks governing higher education, especially concerning international students.
– Proficiency in addressing the needs of different stakeholders.
– Experience in quality assurance, including monitoring, reporting, and improving services.
