As the Student Services Team Leader / Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our Student Services Team to provide exceptional support to our students, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team with diverse responsibilities in a busy high-volume environment. Your main objectives will be to foster a service-centric mindset within the team, provide guidance and support, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the student services department. You will also collaborate closely with other departments such as admissions, academic, and marketing teams to ensure efficient student administration and enhance the overall student experience.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You should be highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Patience, compassion, and a willingness to assist others are also crucial traits for success in this position. Additionally, you should be a self-learner, driven to deliver quality outcomes, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Curiosity and passion for learning and self-development, as well as resilience and adaptability to changing needs, are also highly valued.

We require a candidate with proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Experience in a client services role, preferably within the international education sector, is desired. Strong digital skills or the ability to develop them on the job, including automations and analysis using the latest applications, would be an advantage.
