Imagine Education Australia

Imagine Education, a private education company operating in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, is seeking a Student Services Officer for our Spring Hill campus. This position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to students in areas such as enrolments, orientation, tuition payments, and general inquiries.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and experience:
– A minimum of 12 months of office environment experience
– Basic proficiency in office software such as Outlook, databases, Excel, and Word
– Knowledge and experience in payment handling, including receipting and recording payments as well as banking procedures
– Strong attention to detail
– Professional presentation and phone manner
– The ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work independently
– Excellent communication skills
– Outstanding customer service skills
