Academies Australasia is currently in search of a Student Services Officer to join our team in Perth. Our campus offers a range of programs, including ELICOS, VET, and Higher Education courses, with excellent teaching facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our international students, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative assistance. The position is based in our Perth CBD campus and requires previous experience in a student services role, preferably in an educational setting with international students.

Key responsibilities include reception duties, student inquiries, orientation and enrollment support, classroom scheduling, and liaising with the academic department. You will also be responsible for maintaining student records, facilitating student surveys and reporting, preparing student documentation, and assisting with timetable allocation. Other tasks involve handling student payments, monitoring attendance, and addressing course progress issues.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable student services role, preferably with international students. You should be familiar with the National Code 2018, ESOS Act, ASQA RTO Standards 2015, and TEQSA HESF 2021. Strong customer service, communication, and administration skills are essential, along with empathy for international students. The ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and proficiency in office technology, particularly Excel, are also required. Proficiency in a second language is desirable.
