We are currently seeking a Student Services Officer to join our team in Melbourne.

Our Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs), including APIC, HELI, and CHS, offer various diploma to Master degree programs in areas such as business, project management, IT, higher education learning, teaching, eLearning, and health management. As a Student Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students, providing administrative assistance, managing student enquiries, and assisting with various tasks including enrolment, graduation, and website maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in business administration or a related area, at least two years of experience in administrative and customer service roles, proficiency in using a student management system and MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
