Start your meaningful career journey with the Anglican Schools Commission (ASC) as the Student Services and Homestay Coordinator for the ASC International division. This full-time ongoing role is available immediately and offers the opportunity to enhance the experience of international students.

ASC International, located in the Perth CBD, is dedicated to servicing international students who wish to study in our schools. We provide programs that follow a student’s journey throughout their time with us, ensuring a positive experience where they feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable. The ASC owns and operates 16 low-fee, co-educational schools in WA, Victoria, and NSW, promoting excellence in education. Our focus is on fostering and supporting the growth of existing schools, establishing new schools, and creating inclusive learning communities based on values of inclusion, justice, and respect.

As the Student Services and Homestay Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the international student experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing enrolment and arrival procedures, conducting orientation programs, being a communication point for students and families, monitoring academic performance, ensuring compliance with homestay regulations, managing documentation, and engaging with external bodies related to student welfare.

To be successful in this role, you should support the ASC’s vision, have experience in student support (preferably with international students), be familiar with student management systems (ideally Synergetic), and have knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, cultural awareness, and ethical approach are also required. Connections with educational and community organizations, organizational skills, and support for the ethos of The Anglican Schools Commission are desired.
