Position: Full-time Student Help Advisor
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Ongoing
Salary: $82,818-$93,711 per annum ( 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Location: Kensington NSW (Hybrid Flexible Working)

Role Overview:
As a Student Help Advisor, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality service to students. You will handle a wide range of student inquiries and contribute to continuous improvement in quality and processes.

Requirements:
– Relevant tertiary qualification with relevant experience or equivalent competence
– Experience in a customer service environment and providing complex advice to stakeholders
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Ability to interpret and advise on administrative policies and procedures
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
– Ability to multitask, adapt to changing workloads, and handle unforeseen events
– Ability to work collaboratively and develop networks within the university
– Understanding of UNSW’s objectives, values, and relevant policies
– Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and willingness to attend relevant training
– Availability to work during the Christmas/New Year period and occasional weekends and after-hours
