The Hotel School Australia, a partnership between Southern Cross University and Mulpha Australia, is a leading educational institution in the hospitality and tourism industry. To excel in this role, we require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in higher education operations. A Working with Children Check clearance is essential, and relevant WHS/First Aid certification is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis using software applications such as Excel or PowerBI is preferred. The ability to build and lead a high-performing team and effectively liaise with stakeholders is crucial.
