The Hotel School Australia, a partnership between Southern Cross University and Mulpha Australia, is a leading educational institution in the hospitality and tourism industry. We offer a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management and a Master of Business in Global Hotel Leadership, including four nested courses, to both domestic and international fee-paying students. Our institution is registered with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) and is authorized to provide education services to overseas students.

With 35 years of operation, THSA has established a strong presence across three states and four campuses, making it the largest program of its kind in Australia. As part of our commitment to student support and development, we are responsible for various key areas including induction and onboarding, student development and wellbeing, health and wellbeing services, student association administration, alumni program establishment, reporting and analytics, and budget management.

To excel in this role, we require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in higher education operations. A Working with Children Check clearance is essential, and relevant WHS/First Aid certification is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis using software applications such as Excel or PowerBI is preferred. The ability to build and lead a high-performing team and effectively liaise with stakeholders is crucial.
