Job Description: Student Admissions (Onboarding and Engagement Advisor)

As an Onboarding and Engagement Advisor in the Student Admissions department at JMC Academy, you will be an essential link connecting various divisions within the organization. Your main objective will be to support prospective students as they transition into tertiary education. This role is based at our Sydney Campus and will require effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

– Account management: Engage and retain students by implementing initiatives that promote their active participation in their studies.
– Process management: Ensure the seamless and accurate processing of student applications, enrolments, and related issues.
– Database management: Maintain and update student records while ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
– Support: Assist Student Admission Advisors with administrative tasks, retention efforts, digital troubleshooting, and student engagement initiatives.
– Relationship building: Foster strong relationships internally and externally with stakeholders such as teaching staff, heads of department, campus and senior management, academic and student services staff, prospective students, parents, and industry professionals.
– CRM systems: Utilize multiple student data CRM systems, with a focus on Salesforce.
– Collaboration: Work as part of a collaborative and supportive campus team on various projects and events.
