The University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their Sales and Customer Relations Team within Executive Education. This role involves driving growth and building long-lasting relationships with large and medium-sized organizations worldwide. The goal is to double revenue in three years and establish the school as a key player in the global Executive Education market.

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will lead sales initiatives in a specific region or territory. This includes managing existing client relationships and developing new partnerships. With a revenue target of £1m to £1.5m per year, the role requires proactive prospecting, strategic relationship development, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the sales process, from qualification to proposal writing, negotiation, and program implementation.
– Collaborate with faculty and other teams to effectively lead bids and proposals.
– Promote Open and Online Programs and refer clients to other offerings within the school.
– Set a high standard for sales excellence, continually improving sales techniques and client relationship management skills.
– Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM and other systems, progressing leads through the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing client relationships and building connections with senior stakeholders in large organizations. They should also have experience in selling transformational learning programs by leveraging academic research and market intelligence. Proven success in exceeding revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and expertise in consultative sales processes is essential.
