Salary: $75,182 – $83,594 (WA) 13.75% superannuation (pro-rata)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for processing and evaluating applications to study at the University. Reporting to the National Manager Admissions, you will provide excellent customer service by offering sound advice and assistance to applicants and University staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide administrative support to ensure effective Admissions Office operations
– Offer accurate advice and guidance on the admissions process to various audiences
– Assess applications, coordinate offers, and ensure quality communication with applicants
– Contribute to the review and improvement of student application and assessment processes
– Interpret policies and standards to prioritize work and solve problems
– Utilize enterprise systems for timely responses, data recording, and report preparation
– Assist in training and mentoring Admissions team members
– Comply with University policies and procedures

ABOUT YOU
– Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in higher education
– Experience in student admissions, preferably in a University setting
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
– Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
– Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and enterprise systems
– Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
– Ability to make effective decisions based on knowledge and strategic priorities
