Recruitment Manager – Perth, LATAM & Europe Job in Northbridge, Perth WA – SEEK

This position reports directly to the Director of Student Recruitment and is responsible for overseeing sales in the Perth, Latin America, Europe, and MENA regions. The Recruitment Manager must achieve sales targets and objectives for Navitas English, utilizing both direct and indirect sales through agent and partner management. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service to students, agents, and partners.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets for Navitas English ELICOS student recruitment in Perth, developing and maintaining relationships with local market agents and partner organizations, recommending and implementing sales tactics such as attending fairs and workshops and conducting competitor analysis, identifying and reporting on market trends, establishing and maintaining relationships with key personnel in partner organizations, ensuring effective follow-up on all enquiries, managing agent and enquiry records, liaising with students and clients, assessing partner needs, ensuring partner compliance with agreements, recruiting new qualifying partners, and identifying business development opportunities.

Qualifications for the role include a relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field, experience working with international customers or partners, excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in a second language, and experience in a similar role within an education organization.
