Position: Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager – Vocational and Higher Education
Location: Melbourne and Sydney (Preferably from South America, LATAM, Indonesia)

APEX Australia Vocational and Higher Education, a reputable and leading provider of Vocational and Higher Education courses for international students, is expanding and looking to hire two full-time Marketing and Student Recruitment Managers for our campuses in Melbourne and Sydney. This growth phase aims to help us achieve our strategic goals and establish ourselves as leaders in the international education sector.

Job Role:
The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative and resourceful individual with a strong drive for excellence. As the Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager, you will collaborate closely with agents, students, industry partners, and governing bodies to develop targeted marketing campaigns that promote the APEX brand and accomplish student recruitment and enrollment targets. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, digital marketing, and graphic design.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the international education sector
– Extensive multi-channel marketing experience in the international education sector
– Demonstrated knowledge of ELICOS, VET, Higher Education sectors, and current Australian immigration policies
– Proven track record of exceeding sales forecasts and achieving targeted student numbers
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with industry partners, agents, and students
– Strong digital literacy, capable of designing marketing materials, sourcing and analyzing industry data and internal reports, and processing documents through reporting channels (PRISMS, Student Management Systems)
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
– Willingness to travel interstate or overseas when required

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective marketing and student recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and strategies to promote the APEX brand and consistently increase student numbers
– Cultivate relationships with new and existing agents, international and domestic partners, and other stakeholders
– Manage admissions processes including lead monitoring, conversion tracking, student and agent application processing, and COE issuance
– Design, produce, and distribute a range of promotional and marketing materials
– Promote APEX actively on all social media platforms
– Create and manage budgets and forecasts for marketing and student recruitment activities
– Conduct audits of marketing materials and agent evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
– Generate, monitor, and analyze internal and external data and reports for strategic decision making, improvement of marketing and operational activities, and stakeholder relationship management
– Stay updated with international student markets, opportunities, and government policies locally and internationally
