Position: Future Student Recruitment Manager (Domestic)
Employment Type: Full-time, continuing opportunity
Salary: $135,820 – $143,310 17% superannuation

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Manager, Future Student Recruitment (Domestic). In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment outreach programs to achieve the University’s domestic undergraduate and postgraduate student enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a high-performing team to deliver activities and projects that support student recruitment, including setting objectives, timelines, and reporting on outcomes.
– Develop and implement student recruitment outreach programs aligned with the recruitment strategy.
– Create and implement high school engagement strategies and build strong relationships with high school teachers and staff.
– Devise and deliver domestic conversion strategies and activities to increase enrolments from target groups of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
– Monitor sector trends and provide advice on strategic decisions that may impact domestic recruitment outcomes.
– Manage a budget and allocate and report on resources.

Requirements:
– Extensive experience in student recruitment and implementing recruitment initiatives.
– Proven experience leading and managing a diverse team of staff.
– Strong stakeholder management and relationship development skills.
– Experience in developing and implementing successful undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment strategies.
– Excellent organization, communication, and public speaking skills.
– Budget management experience.
