Position Overview:
The International Strategy and Future Students (ISFS) Division at ANU is responsible for various aspects including brand identity, international and domestic recruitment, strategy development, market research, marketing, advertising, digital and social media engagement, and creative design. The division’s main focus is to deliver exceptional communications and experiences to potential students in alignment with the university’s strategic goals.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of International Development, the International Student Recruitment Officer (Regional Manager) will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and communication strategies in specific regions to attract students to ANU programs. This role will involve providing crucial project support and coordination for recruitment and communication activities, as well as developing and documenting processes and procedures.

The International Student Recruitment Officer (Regional Manager) will play a key role in executing marketing and communication strategies to attract students from specified markets to ANU programs. Close collaboration with international recruitment teams, International Admissions, Future Student Experience Team, and other ISFS colleagues will be essential. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication will be key elements of this role, which will require interaction through various channels such as face-to-face, telephone, and email.
