Role Description:
Join our dynamic team at Luminate Education Group as the International Student Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will focus on launching new programme areas at Luminate Education Group, particularly for Leeds University Centre & the Sixth Form. Your main responsibility will be supporting the recruitment of international students from designated markets to help achieve Luminate Education Group’s ambitious growth goals. This will include stakeholder management, regional recruitment, development, and conversion to student enrollment. You will work closely with the Director of International Recruitment in Leeds to execute global recruitment priorities and provide exceptional customer service to our network of agents, partner institutions, and feeder providers. As the representative of Luminate Education Group, you will also promote the brand and enhance its profile to contribute to international student recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in implementing the international student recruitment strategy
– Establish partnerships with external stakeholders and internal departments
– Identify and develop opportunities for impactful business relationships, including agent acquisition and management
– Provide support to in-market recruiters
– Organize recruitment activities such as exhibitions, agent training, institutional visits, interviews, presentations, and new launch campaigns
– Collaborate with recruitment and admissions teams at Luminate Education Group
– Lead prospective student and agent visits, as well as recruitment events
– Provide up-to-date recruitment and performance data against set targets
– Line manage the International Marketing Officer

What We’re Looking For:
– Proven track record in international student recruitment, agent relationships, and market experience
– Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective relationships with various stakeholders in the international recruitment industry
– Flexible approach to working patterns, including weekends and evenings when necessary
– Willingness to travel extensively overseas for recruitment and promotional activities
– Experience in managing staff
