International Student Experience Officer Job in Blakney Creek, Southern Highlands & Tablelands NSW – SEEK

We are seeking a passionate team member who is enthusiastic about student support, customer service, and the higher education sector. In the role of International Student Experience Officer, you will be tasked with creating an inclusive, vibrant, and supportive environment for international students as they integrate into the Faculty of Science and Engineering community. Your creativity, innovation, and ability to gather student feedback will be essential as you strive to enhance the student experience and increase engagement among international students. Strong communication skills will be critical as you build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. Reporting to the Student Experience Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing communication strategies to promote student experience initiatives, coordinating student programs, resolving queries, collecting and evaluating data to improve the student experience, maintaining relationships with Macquarie University Alumni, providing administrative support to international students, and managing targeted outreach projects.

Essential qualifications for this role include a relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications, substantial administrative experience, knowledge of key legislation and policies related to international students, an understanding of the unique challenges faced by international students, the ability to work collaboratively, a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
