Job Title: International Recruiter
Department: International Education
Salary: $42,114 – $51,870 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary/Basic Function:
The International Recruiter, reporting to the Director of International Enrollment Management, will be responsible for supporting Middle Tennessee State University’s recruitment efforts for international students. This role includes international and domestic travel, as well as utilizing electronic means to promote the university. Moreover, the international recruiter will process necessary documents for timely processing of student application packets, respond to student and partner communications, and assist in the seamless transition of international students to campus. This position may require travel, evening and weekend work, as well as extended work hours.

Required Education:
A Master’s degree is required. However, a Bachelor’s degree along with three (3) years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree.

Required Related Experience:
No experience is required with a Master’s degree.

Required License/Registration/Certification:
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and a valid passport.

Desirable Related Experience:
Previous work experience in higher education and/or university admissions is preferred.
