We currently have a thrilling chance to hire an experienced International Officer. This role will be an extension of our International Office team, focusing on supporting our student recruitment and marketing efforts in various international markets. Working closely with the Head of International, you will help us reach our targets for recruiting students from overseas.

The main responsibility of the International Officer is to recruit international students. Our small but ambitious team aims to contribute to the University’s overall strategy by diversifying our student body and increasing the number of qualified international students admitted. We work across different international markets to implement recruitment and marketing activities, enhance brand recognition, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and identify new opportunities.

As the post holder, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment and marketing in your assigned market portfolio. This includes establishing relationships in key target countries, with a special focus on schools, colleges, overseas agents, and government bodies.

We are seeking a professional, adaptable, and self-motivated individual who has experience working towards targets and is willing to travel overseas for extended periods of up to three weeks. The successful candidate should have the drive and initiative to work independently abroad.

A degree or equivalent qualification is essential, along with excellent organizational skills. Ideally, you will have prior experience in international education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as well as a sensitivity to the needs of international students. You should embrace the opportunity to work independently while also demonstrating a proactive approach to developing team strategies.
