Job Description: International Marketing Officer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an International Marketing Officer to join our team at Luminate Education Group. In this role, you will work alongside the International team to achieve our targets for international student recruitment. You will play a crucial role in supporting marketing efforts, driving sales support, and delivering recruitment through various marketing activities and channels.

Responsibilities:

– Support international student marketing, with a focus on overseas agents and their needs
– Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives for international student recruitment
– Collaborate with global recruitment and UK marketing teams to maximize cross-promotion opportunities
– Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with recruitment goals
– Create digital media content including videos, photography, newsletters, blogs, and vlogs
– Produce marketing content for flyers, testimonials, and prospectus
– Ensure brand consistency through close collaboration with marketing teams at Luminate Education Group
– Maintain a digital asset library for photography and video footage
– Provide marketing and sales support to recruitment staff during travels
– Attend events overseas and in the local UK, as required
– Provide data and information for reports

Requirements:

– Professional, flexible, and self-motivated individual
– Experience in international or UK student marketing
– A Marketing Qualification is desirable
– Familiarity with the international student recruitment industry is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
– Highly organized with initiative
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Proven track record in building and managing relationships with various stakeholders
– Proficient in English and Math
– Experience in market research and campaign performance analysis
– Clear understanding of digital marketing and new digital technologies
