In this role, your main focus will be on the critical administrative tasks associated with a student’s enrollment record. A typical day in this role will involve various responsibilities, such as processing new and continuing student change requests, assessing and issuing admissions documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of student requests, communicating outcomes of change application requests, liaising with stakeholders, managing transfer of credit applications, contributing to continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with admission policy requirements and legislative requirements.

This is a permanent full-time position, ideally starting at the end of April. Due to operational reasons, the role will be based full-time at our Surry Hills Campus.

To be successful in this position, you should have experience working with international students and a good understanding of education policies and regulations, particularly admission policy requirements and Australian government legislative requirements. You should also have industry knowledge related to student education and training, high attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
