Job Description:

About Us:
The King’s community is committed to serving society. King’s Strategic Vision 2029 outlines our goals for the future, focusing on education, research, service, civic engagement in London, and global community involvement. Our Education Strategy aims to transform teaching, student learning, and support services.

Join our professional services team at the Global Mobility Office, supporting inbound and outbound travel through international partnerships in line with the university’s Education and International strategies. The team, part of the Student Success Division, works closely with other departments to provide a seamless student experience.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive team player with strong administration skills and cultural awareness to assist with inbound study abroad programs managed by the Global Mobility Office. The role involves supporting up to 1,100 students coming to King’s for various study periods.

Working closely with other teams, the role includes guiding students from around the world and managing administrative tasks related to incoming students. While not directly managing staff, the role involves working with student Peer Advisors to delegate tasks.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in student travel, university partnerships, and a passion for supporting international students. Candidates from diverse backgrounds, including outside higher education, are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time permanent position, with flexibility in work hours between 10am-4pm
