Job Title: Future Student Enquiries Officer

Employment Type: Full Time (35-hour week)

Duration: Fixed Term Role – Until Feb 2025

Remuneration: $96,960 – $103,434 ( 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Location: Kensington NSW (Hybrid Flexible Working)

Why Your Role Matters:

As a Future Student Enquiries Officer, you will be responsible for managing outbound conversion activity for all coursework cohorts. Your role is crucial in establishing connections with future student audiences and increasing program conversion rates. This calling campaign is part of our ongoing strategy to achieve student load plan targets. You will utilize systems like CRM to capture and record data accurately, manage relevant databases and telephony systems, and implement outbound calling campaigns. Additionally, you will provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students, parents, high school staff, and other university employees. This role requires expertise in interpreting complex scenarios and admissions policies to effectively respond to inquiries. You will also analyze and report on consumer behavior and trends to share findings with relevant stakeholders.

Who You Are:

– You hold a relevant tertiary qualification or have equivalent knowledge gained through education, training, and experience.
– You have proven experience in a high-volume, process-driven environment, working to fixed deadlines.
– You have experience managing conversion activity through outbound call campaigns and developing reporting matrices.
– You possess advanced computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and databases (e.g., CRM).
– Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent, with great attention to detail. You can work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
– You are a team player and can work productively in a flexible environment.
– Knowledge and experience in the tertiary education sector, particularly in key source markets, is desirable.
– You have a strong understanding of UNSW’s objectives, values, policies, and guidelines.
– You are committed to health and safety responsibilities and attending relevant training.
