Position Title: Faculty Student Recruitment Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time, continuing
Salary: $104K 17% superannuation

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced student recruitment professional to take on the role of Faculty Student Recruitment Coordinator. This position involves overseeing key initiatives and events related to student recruitment within the faculty/school. With your extensive student recruitment, product insights, reporting, and events experience, you will provide exceptional services to our clients and customers. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Faculty Student Recruitment to implement student recruitment initiatives and coordinate various activities and events in-person and online. Your role will contribute to the achievement of our student recruitment strategy and deliver high-quality results for our stakeholders and prospective students. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing accurate reporting and insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Faculty Student Recruitment to develop and review student recruitment plans for the faculty/school
– Conduct research to support reporting on market analysis and student demand
– Coordinate logistics for university-wide and faculty/school-specific student recruitment activities and events
– Develop specialized knowledge of the courses and faculty/school to effectively communicate unique selling points to colleagues and prospective students
– Manage student recruitment data and support analysis and reporting
– Build professional relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute positively to team dynamics

About You:
– Extensive experience in student recruitment, with a track record of developing and implementing new initiatives to enhance prospective student engagement and conversion
– Leadership and coordination skills in a complex organizational setting
– Ability to contribute to the co-creation and implementation of customer-focused student recruitment strategies
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Tertiary qualifications and relevant work experience or equivalent combination of training and experience

Work Requirements:
This position requires you to work onsite at the University’s campuses and may involve flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support student recruitment campaigns, events, and activities.

Pre-employment checks are mandatory, and ongoing employment is conditional upon maintaining relevant clearances. This position involves child-related work, and a Working with Children Check clearance is required.
