About the Job: EIC Australia is looking to hire a full-time Education Consultant for their Brisbane office due to business expansion. The primary responsibilities include providing professional advice to international students on study plans, assisting with document preparation for applications, communicating with education providers, helping with student applications and enrollments, offering after-sale student service, assisting with student visa applications, updating knowledge through self-learning and training, coordinating with colleagues for sales and customer service, and supporting marketing events and promotions.
Ideal Applicants should have effective communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and negotiation abilities, excellent time-management skills, proficiency in English and Chinese languages, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, counseling experience, Australian bachelor/master study experience, a valid work with children check, and either hold a 485 visa, Permanent Residency, or Australian Citizenship.
