Position: Agent Engagement Coordinator
Type: Fixed term, Full-time until December 2024
Salary: $86,737 – $92,481 p.a.
Location: Bedford Park / Kaurna Country
The Portfolio of the Vice-President and Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) at Flinders University is seeking an Agent Engagement Coordinator. This role involves supporting the Flinders International agent representative network to ensure the University’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements are met. The coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager, International Recruitment and will be responsible for documenting and standardizing agent engagement processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support to international agents. Some out of hours work, interstate and international travel may be required.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. They should prioritize customer service and have strong analytical and organizational abilities. Proficiency in computer applications and cultural sensitivity are also required. A relevant tertiary qualification and experience within an education or international education context are desirable.
