AECC University College, established in 1965, is a specialized health sciences institution that is dedicated to providing high-quality education, clinical care, and applied research. About the role:
We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Registry team and oversee the efficient and effective management of our admissions service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team and working closely with colleagues from various departments, including Marketing and our Schools, to help us meet our recruitment targets.

About the person:
The successful candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to confidently lead our admissions cycle. This includes overseeing recruitment activities both domestically and internationally, for degree courses as well as standalone units. You should be familiar with internal processes as well as those involving UCAS and other third parties. Experience in actively pursuing the international market and working with agents to achieve growth objectives is essential. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about student visa matters.

You will bring a confident and proactive approach to managing the business cycle, ensuring a smooth intake and enrollment process for our expanding portfolio of degree courses, apprenticeships, and single CPD units. It is crucial that you can provide management information reporting to support our recruitment strategy and are comfortable analyzing and presenting data effectively.

As a personable individual, you should be comfortable interacting with staff at all levels and foster a collegial working environment. Your collaborative efforts will drive conversion and innovation, enhancing the university college experience for staff, applicants, and students alike. Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate key activities throughout the year, including occasional weekend events.

About Registry:
Registry is responsible for managing the student lifecycle and core student administration functions, including application and admission, registration and enrollment, assessments, timetabling, student records, and graduation. Additionally, it oversees the academic governance framework, including academic committees, quality assurance, statutory compliance, regulations, and policies for award and non-award-bearing courses.
