The Team Leader, International Admissions position offers a salary ranging from $86,360 to $93,285 per year, with an additional 17% employer contribution towards superannuation. This is a full-time role that is available immediately.

As the Team Leader, International Admissions, you will work under general direction and collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and maintain efficient processes and procedures for the selection and admission of international students. This role aims to improve business operations, resource efficiency, and technological advancements. You will be responsible for leading your own team and working closely with the Manager, Coordinator, and two other Team Leaders. Previous experience in international admissions is crucial, as the Team Leader will assist the International Admissions team with complex matters, business processes, and qualification assessments.

To be successful in this role, you should possess knowledge and understanding of international admissions, including problem-solving skills and expertise in resolving admission assessment issues. Familiarity with legislative and policy frameworks related to compliance, quality, and equity in international admissions is also necessary. Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a cohesive team towards providing quality customer service and achieving timely business outcomes are required. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a complex team environment are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality written documents and training materials for diverse audiences, are also needed.
