About the Team
In 2021, Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) was established with the goal of coordinating and enhancing the future learner experience. Comprising three core functions staffed by cross-functional resources, LLE ensures that emerging priorities and peak periods of activity are successfully managed. The Future Learner Recruitment and Admissions team is tasked with overseeing future learner recruitment and admissions. This team is structured around segments/cohorts and is dedicated to cultivating relationships with new, current, and returning learners, as well as agents and pathway partners, both within Australia and abroad.

About the Role
We are seeking two Support Services Assistants (International Recruitment) to join the Future Learner Recruitment and Admissions teams on a full-time, continuing basis! As a Support Services Assistant, International Recruitment, your responsibilities will include providing efficient administrative support and guidance in processing international student applications (onshore and offshore).

If selected for this role, you will:
– Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of international student administration by assisting in the processing of applications and application correspondence, along with providing accurate information.
– Offer client-focused service by responding to enquiries related to admission, enrolment, progression, and fee payment for international students.
– Stay informed about courses, fees, and entry requirements for international students to address enquiries during peak periods or when other staff members are unavailable.
– Collaborate with academic and general faculty staff to assess admission recommendations for international students.
– Prepare and process Overseas Student Health Cover schedules for commencing and continuing international students, and coordinate with external health cover providers.
– Aid in enrolment and other admission tasks as required by the Regional Team Leader.

Remuneration & Benefits
– Base Salary Range: $72,374 to $77,413 per annum (HEW 4).
– This position includes 17% superannuation on top of the base salary.

– These are full-time roles with continuing appointments.
