The UEA Global Programmes and Study Abroad division is currently seeking a Study Abroad and Exchange Partnerships Officer to join their team. The salary for this position is £29,605 per annum, with the potential for an annual increment up to £36,024 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships and Visiting Student Recruitment team in their interactions with study abroad and exchange partners around the world. This includes building relationships and maintaining a productive exchange balance. You will also collaborate with international colleagues and prospective study abroad students to promote UEA as an attractive destination. This involves delivering promotional sessions and developing promotional toolkits. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally to visit partner universities and recruit students, as well as respond to inquiries from prospective students and partner universities online.

To be successful in this position, you should have experience working with various stakeholders and be skilled at building effective working relationships. Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness are essential. You should also have the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Experience with international travel and networking for work purposes would be advantageous. It is important that you can represent the University in a professional and independent manner, while also being a team player and supporting colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, and student inquiries. Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or recruitment role is required.

This is a full-time position starting on 21 October 2024, with a fixed-term contract. The University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 44 days of annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) and additional University Customary days.
