Qualifications & experience:
We are seeking candidates with experience in student services or a similar role, preferably within the Higher Education sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities. Proficiency in using student management systems is essential, as is cultural sensitivity and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Tasks & responsibilities:
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Academic Advising: Guiding students through their academic journey, with a focus on the Bachelor of Marketing, Accounting, and IT programs.
2. Course Management Support: Assisting students with course registration, helping them understand degree requirements, and assisting with academic scheduling in their chosen specialties.
3. Administrative Assistance: Maintaining accurate and confidential student records using Student Management Software, processing enrollment documents, and ensuring compliance with university regulations.
4. Communication Hub: Acting as a bridge between students, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure clear and effective communication across departments.
5. Event Planning: Organizing workshops, seminars, and networking events specifically tailored to the interests and professional growth of students in Marketing, Accounting, and IT.
6. Issue Resolution: Providing initial support for student concerns, troubleshooting academic or administrative problems, and escalating complex issues to the relevant faculty or administrative department.
7. Regularly tracking and assessing student performance, identifying areas for improvement, and offering the necessary support and resources.
