As a Student Services Coordinator, you will be part of a national Student Experience team responsible for delivering high-quality administration services to both domestic and international students. This role covers various stages of the student life cycle, from enrolment to graduation, and involves ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and vibrant campus life. Collaborating with the Student Services Team Leader, Campus Student Experience Manager, and Campus Manager, you will contribute to achieving campus-based and organizational strategic goals. The Student Services Coordinator responds to student inquiries both locally and nationally, handling in-person, phone, email, and Slack communications. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering exemplary administrative services, taking a lead role in various initiatives, providing quality customer service, applying policies and procedures accurately, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, applicants should have an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and communication skills are essential. Experience in tertiary student administration or student experience functions would be advantageous.
