Student service and recruitment (South American) Job in Sydney NSW – SEEK

RTS Education Holdings, an esteemed holding company overseeing a diverse portfolio of higher education and vocational education institutions, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with education agents.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

1. Building and managing robust relationships with education agents and stakeholders.
2. Developing and executing sales and recruitment strategies to meet or exceed targets.
3. Conducting high-stakes negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and partnerships.
4. Delivering presentations and training to education agents to improve recruitment quality.
5. Evaluating market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
6. Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Coordinating with internal teams for seamless student onboarding.
8. Providing excellent customer service to students throughout the enrollment process.
9. Leading and participating in recruitment events, both online and offline.
10. Utilizing CRM systems to manage and analyze agent performance and sales data.

Qualifications required for the role include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in relationship management and high-level negotiations, as well as strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in languages other than English, such as Spanish or Portuguese, is highly preferred. Additionally, familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis is desired.
