About the Role

As a valued team member, reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities include:

– Sales & Business development: Identify potential clients and individual learners, develop sales plans, conduct market research to identify industry trends, and analyze competitor offerings.
– Agent Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally. Provide agents with comprehensive information on programs, admissions, etc. Collaborate closely with the admissions team to process applications.
– Student Advisory: Proactively engage with potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Provide detailed information on programs, requirements, and financial aid options.
– Administration: Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, and generate reports. Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates.

About You

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude.

– Preferred background in the education industry, although not essential.
– Approximately 2 years of sales and administration experience.
– Positive attitude and ability to prioritize and adapt to constant changes.
– Cultural awareness and sensitivity to our diverse learner community.
– Strong cross-functional thinker with excellent time management skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
– Desire and commitment to work onsite, full-time in the office.
