The position of Student Grievance and Conduct Advisor in Student Affairs offers an annual salary range of $95,017 to $106,270, with an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation. The role is full-time and fixed term for 19 months. The Student Grievance and Conduct Advisor is responsible for providing advisory and complaints resolution services to the University community regarding student complaints and appeals, as well as supporting the management of student misconduct. This includes reviewing and assessing reported incidents, working with stakeholders, supporting misconduct referrals, providing guidance on complaint processes, assessing appeals, and referring students to support services. The advisor also offers advice to Schools and Faculties regarding University policies and procedures. Strong experience in providing advice on organizational policies, excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze data and make recommendations, interpersonal communication skills, experience in managing conflict, and knowledge of University of Adelaide policies are required for this role. A valid Working with Children Check is also necessary.
