As a Student Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students, providing guidance on university systems, personal and academic goals, and ensuring they have a rewarding student experience. Collaborating with our Advisory teams, Student Administration, and college staff, you’ll assist domestic and international, TAFE and higher education students. Our service centres are located across multiple campuses, including the state-of-the-art City Tower campus. Some of your duties will include supporting students through case management, providing accurate advice on various matters, and identifying opportunities for service and process improvements.
