Full-Time Immediate Start – Student Admissions (Onboarding and Engagement Advisor) at JMC ACADEMY
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Admissions (Onboarding and Engagement Advisor). In this role, you will be responsible for connecting various divisions within our organization with the goal of supporting prospective students in their transition into Tertiary Education. This is a crucial position at our Sydney Campus, where you will collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders such as Student Admissions Advisors, Teaching Staff, Heads of Department, Campus and Senior Management, Academic and Student Services Staff, Prospective Students, Parents, and Industry Professionals.
Your responsibilities will include managing, retaining, and driving student engagement initiatives for students preparing to begin their studies. You will ensure efficient workflow and accurate processing of student applications, enrolments, and issues. Additionally, maintaining and updating the students’ database while prioritizing confidentiality will be a critical part of your role. You will also provide support to the JMC Academy Student Admissions Advisors with administrative tasks, student retention, digital troubleshooting, and student engagement initiatives. Building strong relationships internally and externally will be essential in your day-to-day work.
Experience working with multiple student data CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent time management and organizational skills, have a passion for the creative industries, and have previous experience in a customer-centric role. A Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one, is also required.
