The Business School is looking to appoint a Senior Course Enhancement Coordinator to join our Student Experience Team within the broader Professional Services division. This team offers extensive support to our dynamic international student community throughout their academic journey.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Student Experience, Deputy Directors of Student Experience, Directors of Internationalisation, the Assistant Education Manager (Engagement and Enhancement), faculty members, staff, and students. You will work on projects that support both the “Learn to Transform” part of our strategy and our internationalisation initiatives.
The Student Experience Team integrates various elements of a student’s academic journey and is responsible for activities such as community-building initiatives, welcome/induction events, study trips, mentorship programs, student representatives and ambassadors, attendance monitoring, visa compliance, and incorporating the Student Voice.
As the Senior Course Enhancement Coordinator, you will coordinate both UK and international trips and activities. You’ll also be responsible for initiatives that aim to build a sense of community among our student cohort, ensuring the inclusion of their voices. This role offers an opportunity to directly influence a student’s university experience positively, potentially contributing to better degree outcomes, skill-building, and enhanced career prospects.
Additionally, you may be required to support other members of the Student Experience Team. This could involve attending meetings and events aligned with the Learn to Transform strategy, providing students with accurate information and advice, and contributing ideas to boost student engagement levels.
