Responsibilities:
– Craft large-scale programs to promote student connection and belonging throughout their academic journey.
– Provide diverse student services to enhance the overall student experience.
– Collaborate with student services teams to ensure timely messaging and seamless service delivery.
– Coordinate student-facing content and messaging across key channels.
– Engage students through events and coverage.
– Facilitate contributions for major events such as Orientation Week and Employability Week.
– Plan, implement, and assess programs to enhance student engagement, connection, and belonging.
– Deliver student-facing services across various areas to enhance the student experience.
– Collaborate with colleagues from Student Success to provide program/service delivery, peer-to-peer interaction, and behind-the-scenes support.

Requirements:
– Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or comparable practical experience and education/training.
– Demonstrate University values and prioritize its best interests.
– Track record of planning, executing, and assessing services and programs within a tertiary environment, focusing on student development, engagement, and employability.
– Proficiency in designing services or workshops for students across different modes, settings, and demographics.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Results-oriented with adaptive reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
– Experience in influencing stakeholders and collaborating across functions.
