Primary School Assistant Job in Ultimo, Sydney NSW – SEEK

Part-time, ongoing, term-time only International Grammar School is a non-religious, coeducational school located in Ultimo, Glebe, and Kangaroo Valley. With five sites, we educate 1300 students from preschool to Year 12 in a unique multilingual environment. We are currently looking for a temporary Primary School Assistant to start in Term 2, 2024. This position is part-time, working 3 days (0.6FTE) per week during term time only. The role involves supporting teachers in the classroom to enhance student learning.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge and experience working with children. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with a commitment to creating a caring culture for students. We expect professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, and energy from all our staff. Previous experience in a similar role and qualifications in education support/assistance are highly desirable.
