Our goal is to become a leading public university of technology with global impact. As Australia’s top young university, we are known for our innovation and dynamic approach to education. Situated in one of the most livable cities in the world, our campus offers a culturally diverse environment and extensive international programs.

The Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) Unit, established in 2021, is part of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education and Students portfolio. Its purpose is to align various learner acquisition, administration, and assurance activities crucial to the UTS 2027 Strategy and our overall vision.

Within the LLE Unit, there are three functions: Future Learners, Current Learners, and Operations. We are currently seeking two Pathway Development Coordinators to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

As a Pathway Development Coordinator, you will work closely with the Manager, International Pathway Programs to create and manage pathway programs and drive international student recruitment to UTS. This role is essential for our business development and competitiveness in the international articulation market. You will provide support, engagement, development, and communication to ensure UTS benefits from these opportunities.

Responsibilities include identifying pathway opportunities, designing and implementing engagement plans, managing pathway students’ life cycle, and advising on international visit schedules and protocols.

To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions, lead and coordinate teams, work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and have experience in developing and managing pathway programs in higher education.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,695 to $111,394 per annum, with an additional 17% superannuation (pension). UTS offers a range of employee benefits, including flexible work practices, child care centers, parental leave, and salary packaging opportunities. These positions are full-time and ongoing.
