Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager Job in Sydney NSW – SEEK

We are currently seeking Marketing Officers and/or Marketing Managers to join our team at Harbourside Institute of Australia (HIA). As a fast-growing vocational education provider, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities for these positions include implementing student recruitment plans and strategies, as well as marketing campaigns and tactics to recruit students. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications is also required. Additionally, individuals in these roles will need to stay updated on current market trends and business opportunities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in these roles. Fluency in English and at least one more language is preferred. Ideally, candidates will have an established network of education agents or direct market contacts. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
