Salary range: $106,561 – $119,550 per year plus a 17% superannuation contribution from the employer. This is a full-time, continuing position. The Manager, Student Support is a crucial role in overseeing student services within Hub Central and throughout the University. They are responsible for developing strategies, implementing operational plans, and continuously improving service provision to enhance the student experience. The Manager takes a student-focused approach, providing comprehensive services in a modern working environment. They collaborate with students, academic staff, and professional staff, building and maintaining relationships across the University. The main responsibilities of the role include coaching and developing the student service team, monitoring performance, and managing daily operations and budgetary impacts. The successful candidate should have experience in developing and implementing service improvement strategies, leading high-performing teams, and demonstrating financial and business acumen. Familiarity with the Australian Higher Education sector and experience leading student services teams is desirable.
