We are currently offering a full-time, continuing opportunity for the role of Future Student Recruitment Manager (Domestic). This role will involve developing and implementing student recruitment outreach programs in order to achieve our recruitment strategy objectives. The base salary for this position is $135,820 – $143,310, with an additional 17% superannuation.

As the Manager of Future Student Recruitment (Domestic), you will be responsible for planning and implementing attraction strategies and operational plans to meet our domestic undergraduate and postgraduate student enrolment targets. You will also work closely with other teams to implement end-to-end conversion strategies for prospective domestic students, under the guidance of the Director of Domestic Recruitment and Access.

Key responsibilities for this role include leading a high-performing team, managing recruitment activities and projects, developing and implementing student recruitment outreach programs, devising high school engagement strategies, implementing conversion strategies, monitoring sector trends, and contributing advice on strategic decisions related to domestic student recruitment outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in a large, complex organization, with a strong understanding of the student recruitment lifecycle and the implementation of recruitment initiatives. You should also have experience in managing and motivating a diverse team, as well as stakeholder management and relationship development skills. Experience in developing and implementing successful student recruitment strategies targeted at the domestic market, managing budgets, and allocating resources is also desired.
