Job Title: Manager Admissions (International)

Salary: Level 6/7: $84,793 – $104,996 17% superannuation

The Student Administration Services Division oversees all administrative aspects of student engagement, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.

We are currently seeking a Manager Admissions (International) to join our Admissions leadership team. This role requires a professional with strong management, administrative, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the international higher education sector and the challenges faced by international students. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are vital for collaborating with internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and finding solutions to challenges.

As an experienced leader, your role will involve managing case loads, allocating work to team members, and guiding their professional development to meet target outcomes and KPIs. Working in a customer-centric environment, your focus will be on delivering high-impact outcomes. You will also ensure that international education practices align with best practices, comply with legislation, policies, and procedures, and make use of data and analytics to support compliance efforts.
