International Student Services Advisor (ISSA) – Perth Campus Job in Perth WA – SEEK

SCU Ventures, a subsidiary of Southern Cross University, is seeking an International Student Services Advisor (ISSA) for their Perth campus. As an ISSA, the successful candidate will be a part of a small, supportive, and dynamic team environment, located in central Perth. This role is student-facing and involves providing administrative support for student enrolment, customer service, and campus operations.

SCU Ventures Pty Limited manages Southern Cross University’s branch campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, catering to international students. They offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs in accounting, business administration, and information technology, with a focus on producing career-ready graduates.

The ISSA is responsible for managing student enrolments, coordinating enrolment variations, and providing customer support and service. This role also includes campus operations and office management. The ideal candidate should have a relevant tertiary qualification or experience in an education environment, as well as experience supporting international students or students from diverse cultures. Experience in a student-facing higher education environment and familiarity with CRM or other database systems, PRISMs, and Learning Management Systems in a university context is also desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
