About The Role:
As the International Admissions Coordinator, you will work closely with the Manager of the Enquiries and Admissions HUB to provide efficient and compliant support to international students, agents, and staff. This includes managing aspects such as deferment, cancellation, defaults, student hardships, scholarships, and refunds. Coordinating orientation and enrolment activities for international students, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting to the Department of Home Affairs, managing commission arrangements with agents, collaborating on CRICOS registration, reporting to the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR), and resolving student issues. Maintaining the Institute’s risk rating, managing systems, ensuring database accuracy, and adhering to legislation are also key responsibilities.

Things we will require from you:
