In this role as International Recruitment Officer at UniSA International, you will play a vital part in supporting the university’s growth in international student numbers. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, coordinating, and delivering international recruitment activities in specific regions. The first vacancy focuses on the Indian, broader South Asian, and African markets, while the second vacancy will concentrate on recruiting international students within Australia, specifically in Adelaide and other states. There may also be a need for support in other markets as required.

To excel in this role, you should possess a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills. You should also have exposure to and knowledge of international student recruitment practices, with a proven track record of implementing successful promotional activities within budget and on time. Your ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment activities, including utilizing social media in campaigns, will be crucial. Additionally, project management skills, targeted market research experience, advanced writing and reporting abilities, and analytical and creative thinking will be highly valued. Strong organizational skills, initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize in a complex team environment are also essential.
